The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, said it is engaging all necessary stakeholders to ensure a hitch-free state assembly by-election in Chibok constituency of Borno.\r\n\r\nThe Public Affairs Officer of INEC in Borno, Mr Abba Liberty, made this known on Monday in an interview with the NAN in Maiduguri.\r\n\r\nLiberty said that the commission had been engaging participants in the election in Chibok, including security agencies.
